Isn't it a perfect time for us to announce the next Jury Member of the XI International Film Festival of Student Sound Engineering Works "INtonations"? Today we are happy to introduce you DMITRIY BAKIROV!

Dmitriy Bakirov is a famous film scholar and associate professor of the Department of Drama and Film Studies, St. Petersburg State Institute of Cinematography and Television.

He is a winner of the “Fourth Russian National Competition of Young Scientists in the Field of Art and Culture” in the nominations “Cinema, Television and Other Screen Arts”; author of scientific articles on the theoretical and creative legacy of Sergei Eisenstein and issues of sound cinema.

Dmitriy is a regular participant and speaker at international scientific conferences, city lecture halls and film clubs; author and moderator of different additional education projects for children and adults.
