REQUIREMENTS TO AUDIO-VISUAL WORKS TO BE SELECTED AND SUBMITTED

Video Format: Mpeg4

Audio Parameters: WAV, 24 bits, 48kHz, format 2.0 (stereo)

Films submitted to the INtonation Festival should be fully completed by February 1, 2024.

According to the rules of the Festival films submitted to the INtonation Festival participation must not contain propaganda of violence, national, racial and religious intolerance, contain obscene language, and information, the dissemination of which is prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Subtitles are required to the Works in foreign languages (English/ Russian).

*Films that have passed the competitive selection might later be presented in video format: Mpeg4 and audio formats: stereo 2.0, digital 5.1, and also in digital DCP format.
